Executive Coaching is much more than consulting. In coaching, it’s essential that you first recognize, sharpen, and set your true goals; then choose the best paths to achieve them; and finally pursue them as boldly and consistently as possible. In our multi-option society, most people struggle to answer the initial necessary questions: What are my goals? What am I willing to do to achieve them? More importantly: What will I give up, and what will I consciously choose to leave behind? Because doing more often does not help, and less is the new more. Together, we will develop immediate to long-term optimal answers, 100% practical, in a trusting environment.
My clients in executive coaching are top management personalities, entrepreneurs, freelancers from business, institutions, politics, and academia, as well as those who are “on the verge” of a career leap. The coaching method is called Human Branding and was developed by me 18 years ago: We work with established techniques of branding, which have ensured that you have your absolute favorite companies and products.
Executive coaching is a sensitive field that requires my 100% commitment, full attention, and flexible capacities. That’s why I work with a maximum of 5 clients at a time. (I completed my extensive training as a systemic coach at the IfW Institute for Continuing Education in Munich.)

We work in our coaching space in Munich’s Glockenbachviertel, at a location of your choice, or (after the initial personal meeting) also online.
Your Emotional Guiding Idea
We will develop the “glue” between your brand and your marketing. The guiding idea is the foundation of your narrative. It is striking and makes your Human Brand tangible, distinctive, and experiential: What is your equivalent of the purple cow for Milka, the Tech-Nick for Saturn, or Frau Antje for cheese from Holland? This also provides the framework for your relevant content.

We find the service providers – for text and graphics, photos and websites, SEO and social media, etc. I also make use of my network for this. I brief them together with you.
