The entire journey to the goal: Training with JCB.

This way, you can always get a little closer to your 100%.

Exquisite training is fun and meaningful – and contributes to improvement:

JCB meets everyone where they are, activates all participants, and delivers 100%; ensuring that good becomes the best.

The training, as efficient as it is effective, must meet three requirements simultaneously:
1. It must value the time of your participants (which is the largest investment block).
2. It must clearly address your goals while also considering the personality and situation of each participant (this balance must be achieved to yield the best possible results for each individual as well as for you). 3. It must be logically integrated with other employees, departments, and events (to avoid creating silos).

In the training—whether on-site or remote—it will be as concentrated, content-rich, and both challenging and supportive as possible. Here, we go the extra mile; we reach a place where everyone opens up and truly engages with the topic as well as with each other, where each participant contributes and adds value, and where everyone takes away tangible and measurable benefits for themselves. I place special emphasis on creating a trusting and safe space, where fruitful discussions and even debates occur, and where, at the end (which is the beginning of many things), there are clear and binding to-dos, responsibilities, and timelines, along with the commitment of each individual, who is not only physically present but actively involved with all their senses. And let’s not forget the important incentive aspect…

Training with Jon Christoph Berndt lasts from one to several days, always refreshed for the best possible impact and cyclically spreads concentrically throughout the entire organization. Just as important as the implementation is the detailed design and the connections to further online training and coaching.

Topics and Focus Areas

Training on Equal Footing for Greater Success

My participants work interactively, intensively, and productively with one another. I approach this in a pragmatic and practical manner, free of jargon, while being both challenging and supportive. The goal: Everyone leaves inspired, motivated, and sustainably moved into real life. Those who are moved take action. I measure myself by this.

  • Training “Brand Success”: Making the company’s positioning distinctly and tangibly experienced everywhere.
  • Training “Human Branding”: Profiling owners, leaders, and sales teams.
  • Training “Selling”: Turning prospects into customers with strong brand content, without discounts.
  • Training “Attention“: Winning the ongoing battle for recognition through attraction.
  • Training “Contribution to Society”: Enriching and profit-enhancing your actions.

Each training concept is unique, ensuring that your participants feel valued, appreciated, and motivated: “He does this just for us!” Clearly, who else would it be for?

Frequent Q’s & A’s

What Characterizes Sustainably Successful Training?

The Optimal Training:

  • Builds on what is already well-known within the company and expands on it.
  • Centers around the key players: 1. the employees (focusing on personal development), 2. the customers (focusing on what they truly want and need).
  • Features clear questions instead of many general topics. For example, “How can we achieve greater attention on social media by utilizing our developed brand personality?”; “Human Factor: The Human Brand for effective personal development and increased sales success in sales”; “Our Vision: What are we working for, and what makes us future-ready?”
  • Activates each individual and encourages them to step out of the comfort zone of passive listening.
  • Significantly empowers participants for their roles as co-creators and active contributors.
  • Explores new avenues for knowledge transfer: moving away from one-way communication with flip charts and cards to holistic listening and being heard.
  • Makes professional activities easier, friendlier, and more successful from now on.
  • Establishes personal development as a method that is missed when not offered repeatedly.
  • Demonstrates that further education and learning can be enjoyable.
  • Documents key ideas for the follow-up information of all participants.
  • Provides open connections to additional coaching opportunities.

How Should Successful Training Always Be?

In light of your challenges, your unique topic, and your specific questions, the training should always:

  • Convey the brand, meaning the personality of the company, and ensure that everyone is aware of the corporate goals.
  • Address contemporary tools that make it easier and better to achieve each goal both personally and collaboratively as a team.
  • Provide space for valuable content that motivates participants and encourages them to step out of their comfort zones.
  • Offer as much as possible that contributes to each individual’s strong personality and consistent development.
  • Raise awareness that emotional intelligence (EQ) is just as important for success as intellectual intelligence (IQ).
  • Support personal branding, meaning sharpening the individual’s Human Brand and equipping them with marketing tools that benefit both the company and themselves.
  • Advance them professionally as well as personally.

For Whom Does JCB Provide Training?

I train companies that understand that the “human factor” is crucial and that employees are anything but “human capital.” Success stands and falls with them, and they are becoming increasingly difficult to attract and retain. To ensure that people enjoy being with you and make their essential contributions to your prosperous future, they need to be consistently appreciated, inspired, and empowered. This way, they experience fun at work, stay with you longer, and gladly share your success storyboth professionally and personally.

I conduct training for the employees of:

  • Juzo: The company is a rapidly growing player in medical aids—more and more employees, products, partners, and markets. The international sales conference aims to unite and strengthen everyone—corporate and collaborative as needed, yet as individual as possible, including further brand development. In addition to the keynote “Future-ready!”, cross-departmental and cross-market workshops with the 140 participants ensure that everyone is sensitized and heard, and recognizes: Where do we stand? What gives us strength? What will we implement together? How do we support each other?
  • Escolar: The training provider focused on trade fairs takes decision-makers from their own exhibition stands to those of competitors at events like the IAA, ISH, or Bauma: How do they present and showcase their products and services? What stories are told and how? How do the sales representatives behave? In discussions with the respective decision-makers, participants “steal with their eyes and ears” and take notes, aiming to enhance their own performance. This involves constructive perspective shifts, pragmatic quick wins, and a day of measurement away from the usual trade fair routine.
  • Feldhoff & Cie.: The market leader in communication within the real estate industry aims to significantly increase the proportion of women in leadership positions. As part of the annual “Rocket Circle,” which is closed to men, the initial workshop “Human Branding” contributes to the personal development of the female participants. They become aware of their own strengths, discuss the importance of social competence, and establish the foundations of their Human Brand and content strategy—both professionally and personally, in daily work as well as career planning and social media. This prepares them for clear recommendations as leaders and for their best next steps.

Keynote Speeches that Inspire and Move

For annual conferences, anniversaries, and incentives, there is a unique keynote speech that encompasses everything at once: light-hearted & humorous, practical & impactful, activating & meaningful. My range of topics ensures that it’s not always about body language, memory training, New Work, or AI…

Moderation as the Cohesive Element of a Successful Event

For example, Sonepar, Juzo, and Provinzial Versicherung also rely on JCB for moderation. This ensures that the entire event remains thematically focused, providing a conceptual framework for all contributions (1. ZDF, 2. Soft Skills, 3. Fun) and delivering a compelling and cohesive experience.
